Betzone Sports Betting Terms & Conditions

1) Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, placing a bet, depositing funds, or using Betzone services, you agree to these Terms and any linked policies (Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, Promotions Terms).

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2) Eligibility and Location

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction).

You must have legal capacity to enter contracts.

You must be located in a jurisdiction where our services are permitted. We may restrict access based on location, regulatory requirements, or risk controls.

3) Account Registration and Verification (KYC)

One person = one account. Multiple accounts are not allowed.

You must provide accurate information (name, phone, date of birth, ID details).

We may require verification at any time, including:

• National ID / Passport / Foreigner ID
• Proof of phone ownership
• Proof of address (where applicable)
• Source of funds checks for higher-risk activity

We may limit deposits/withdrawals or suspend settlement until verification is completed.

4) Account Security

You are responsible for protecting your password/PIN and device access.

You must notify Betzone immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Bets placed using your credentials are treated as authorized unless we determine fraud.

5) Deposits, Wallets, and Withdrawals

Deposits can be made through approved methods (mobile money, bank, cash at shop, or other methods displayed in the app).

Withdrawals are processed to approved methods tied to your verified identity.

We may apply:

• Minimum/maximum deposit and withdrawal limits
• Compliance holds (KYC/AML)
• Risk holds (fraud, chargeback, stolen funds)

Chargebacks / reversals: If you reverse or charge back funds used for betting, we may recover the amount from your wallet, void associated bonuses, and suspend your account.

6) Bet Placement Rules

A bet is only valid once it is accepted and confirmed by Betzone (ticket number/receipt).

Betzone may reject a bet due to:

• Pricing/odds changes
• Market suspension
• Stake limits
• Technical errors
• Regulatory/risk controls

You must check your bet slip/ticket before confirming. After confirmation, cancellation is not guaranteed.

7) Odds, Pricing, and "Obvious Error"

Odds displayed are subject to change until your bet is accepted.

If a market is offered with a clear obvious error (e.g., incorrect odds, wrong team listed, impossible price), we may:

• Correct the odds before acceptance, or
• Void the bet, or
• Settle the bet at the correct price where reasonable, or
• Refund the stake (our discretion, acting fairly)

If an event description contains a minor typo but clearly refers to the intended event, bets remain valid.

8) Settlement, Results, and Timing

Bets are settled based on:

The official result source used by Betzone (league/competition officials and/or trusted data providers).

Settlement may occur after the event ends and results are confirmed. We may correct a settlement if a result is later proven wrong due to a data feed or human error.

If a market is voided, it is settled at odds 1.00 (stake returned, no profit). See Annex A.

9) Special Rules for Live/In-Play Betting

Live markets can be delayed or suspended at any time.

If you place a bet during an event and a key incident occurs (goal, red card, penalty) that was not reflected due to delay, Betzone may reject or void the bet.

If live prices are clearly wrong due to technical issues, "obvious error" rules apply.

10) Accumulators/Multiples/System Bets

If one selection in a multiple is void, it is treated as odds 1.00 and the multiple continues with remaining selections.

If one selection loses, the accumulator loses (unless a system bet rules otherwise).

If a system bet contains void selections, calculations adjust accordingly.

11) Cash Out (If Offered)

Cash Out is optional and may not always be available.

If Cash Out is accepted, it becomes final settlement unless it resulted from an obvious error.

12) Promotions and Bonuses

Promotions are governed by the Betzone Promotions Terms & Conditions.

Betzone may withhold or cancel bonuses where there is suspected bonus abuse, multi-accounting, collusion, or fraud.

13) Taxes and Withholding

You are responsible for any taxes on winnings unless the law requires Betzone to deduct withholding tax.

Where required, Betzone will display winnings as gross and net and apply withholding at the legally required rate.

Optional operator setting (if you use it): Betzone may withhold [20%] from winning payouts as withholding tax and remit as required by law.

14) Prohibited Conduct (Fraud/Abuse)

You must not:

• Use multiple accounts, fake IDs, or impersonate others.
• Collude with others, manipulate outcomes, or engage in match-fixing.
• Use bots, scripts, or exploitation methods to place bets or claim promotions.
• Deposit stolen funds or use suspicious payment sources.

15) Suspensions, Closures, and Forfeiture

Betzone may suspend or close accounts to protect customers, comply with law, or manage risk.

If we reasonably determine fraud or serious breaches, we may:

• Void bets
• Withhold bonuses
• Freeze funds for investigation
• Report to relevant authorities where required

16) Service Availability and Technical Issues

The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, outages, or third-party failures.

Betzone is not responsible for bets not placed due to connectivity or device issues.

If system malfunction causes incorrect acceptance/settlement, we may correct outcomes in a fair manner.

17) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Betzone is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost profits, missed bets).

Betzone's total liability is limited to the amount of the affected stake(s), except where law prohibits such limitation.

18) Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Contact support: btzx@support.com or in-app support.

Provide ticket number, event, market, and proof (screenshots/receipt).

We aim to respond within 7 business days (complex cases may take longer).

If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to the competent courts/tribunals in South Sudan, unless law requires another process.

19) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via app notice/website.

Continued use after changes means acceptance.
